Active Release for the Arm

Active Release for the arm refers to any injuries that occur between the Shoulder and the hand. Some of the most common areas treated with ART are: Biceps Tendinitis, Carpal Tunnel Syndrome, Numbness and Radiating Shoulder Pain.  Issues that need to be treated in the arm are mostly related to tight muscles themselves, muscles adhered to another structure or an entrapment of a nerve (median, ulnar, radial).  The Active Release doctor will locate the problem tissue and specifically release the restricted area.
