Active Release for the Shoulder

Active Release for the shoulder refers to any injuries that occur at the shoulder. Some of the most common areas treated with ART are: Frozen Shoulder, Numbness and Radiating Shoulder Pain.  Issues that need to be treated in the shoulder are mostly related to tight muscles themselves, muscles adhered to another structure or an entrapment of a nerve (C4-T1 nerve roots, brachial plexus, median, ulnar, radial).  The Active Release doctor will locate the problem tissue and specifically release the restricted area.
