Active Release for the Hand

Active Release for the hand refers to any injuries that occur at the hand and wrist. Some of the most common areas treated with ART are: Weak grip strength, Carpal Tunnel Syndrome, Numbness and Radiating Pain.  Issues that need to be treated in the hand are mostly related to tight muscles themselves, muscles adhered to another structure or an entrapment of a nerve (median, ulnar, radial).  The Active Release doctor will locate the problem tissue and specifically release the restricted area.
