Active Release for the Elbow

Active Release for the elbow refers to any injuries that occur at the elbow itself. Some of the most common areas treated with ART are: Golfers Elbow, Tennis Elbow and Tendinitis at the elbow.  Issues that need to be treated in the elbow are mostly related to tight muscles themselves, muscles adhered to another structure or an entrapment of a nerve (median, ulnar, radial).  The Active Release doctor will locate the problem tissue and specifically release the restricted area.
